Giving in to Gift

As a meeting point between artists, their peers and the public, Giving in to Gift is a festival, curated and produced by Tim since 2011, that presents the opportunity for a conversation around economies of generosity and reciprocation.
By examining the contradictions present in the giving of gifts, the hope is that we gain more understanding of how economies of generosity interact with the changing financial landscape, whilst simultaneously providing opportunities for differing modes of collaboration to be explored.
